Behoefte aan informatie over plannen brandweer
LISSE – De politieke partijen willen meer informatie van burgemeester Corrie Langelaar over de regionalisering van de brandweer en het mogelijk samengaan van korpsen in de regio. Fractievoorzitter Benno Kooij (CDA) kaartte dit onderwerp aan tijdens de commissie Regionale Zaken en werd hierbij gesteund door andere partijen.
Kooij: ‘De regionalisering van de brandweer is een onderwerp wat ons aan het hart zou moeten liggen. Gaat onze brandweer in drie gemeenten op of in de hele regio? Dat is een megabeslissing en hier moeten we als raad nog eens goed naar kijken. Ik zou niet alleen achteraf geinformeerd willen worden, maar deze zaak ook vooraf willen inzien en de burgemeester nog wat punten meegeven.’
